PAYMENTS TERMS :-

• We request you to pay us 100% advance.
• In case, your company is directly paying us, then we require purchase order duly signed by HR/Admin dept. on company letter head. purchase order should reach us before commencement of packing of goods.

OTHER INFORMATION :-

• Storage/ Warehousing Facility is available on request. The Commercials are dependent on the volume and storage period of the goods.
• In case you avail of the storage /warehousing Facility, Loading /unloading & local Transportation cost will be extra.
• Prior intimations of 4-5 days is required before we commence the packaging of your goods.
• In case of car movement- the car should have 12 liters of petrol / diesel. Best Packers & Movers Will not be responsible for any of existing internal faults with engine / battery.
• In case of infra-city movement- Carton boxes / Plastics crates should be handed over to our representative on the same day as the completion of movement.
• If you wish to retain the Carton boxes / plastic crates, additional amount of Rs. 60/- per box/crate will be levied.
• In case of any delay in transit no Hotel / accommodations charges shall be reimbursed by Shri Balaji Packers & Movers
• Shri Balaji Packers & Movers Does not undertake any responsibility shall be reimbursed by Shri Balaji Packers & Movers Alcohol / Liquors/ Plant/ Oil / Gas Equipments / Marble Mandir / Table Top with Marble.
• If Shri Balaji Packers & Movers Vehicle is detrained for any reason either at loading / unloading point, at your behest, then a penalty of Rs. 25001-will be levied.
• Any service issues / grievances are subject to NOIDA Jurisdiction.
•  This quotation is valid for 30 day from the date of submission. Positively Looking forward for your early confirmation

Note :–

• Octroi and mathadi labor Charges will be levied extra as per actual if any.
• ‘Transit Time (a) for household transportation 300 kms. per day. (exclusive of pickup & delivery day. (b)for car transportation 200 kms. per day excluding pickup & delivery day)

Terms & Conditions :

• We would request you to pay us 100% or all charges (as gross Freight) in advance along with your order in cash oriten/ D. Draft / PayTM specifically agreed.
• The carrier or their agent shall be exempted for any loss or damage through accident / pilferage. Fire / rain / Collision or any other road or river hazard. We therefore, recommended the goods should be covered under comprehensive transit insurance policy. any claim for damage / shortage / pilferage during of loading / handing / transit or any accident shall be settled through insurance company as per terms conditions of the insurance policy.
• Please Note that the Above quotation has been prepared keeping in view, our basic standard of packing material. as the type of packing will be fitto out description (i.e. goods for roadworthy Transportation)
• All Payments to br made by cash /cheque / D. Draft in favor of m/s Shri Balaji Packers & Movers
• Perfect Box. fabric sheet & corrugated sheet are the property of company after unloading these would br taken back otherwise equivalent cost of materials will be recovered from clients.
• Other terms & Conditions are applicable as mentioned in goods consignment note.
• ‘Comprehensive risk’ if mandatory for any vehicle (i.e. Car, Motorcycle etc.) directly by the insurance company.
• Shri Balaji Packers & Movers will not be responsible for any delay of consignment delivery beyond its control like natural political or general strikes. accident. government interventions and priorities or any other such delays which is beyond its control.
• Rates would br charges extra if the number of items will be more then discussed over telephonic / physical survey list. J) Transit periods given above in the note are indicative only.
• Services Of goods transport agency in relation to transportation of used household goods for personal used for unregistered person is exempt.
• GST will be charged extra on gross amount. as per GST policy & norms decided by Indian Central & State Govt.
